Caleb has extensive experience in sourcing and execution roles across private equity and credit. Prior to joining Providence, he served as a senior investment professional at Patriot Capital where he sourced and executed three transactions and served on boards across the technology, business services, and manufacturing sectors. Caleb started his career in banking where he was one of three founders who built a sponsor finance practice and invested over $230 million across 40+ transactions in the technology space. Caleb is also on the board of the DFW Private Equity Forum, the 1911 group, and is active in the Small Business Investor Alliance.
Caleb earned an MBA from Southern Methodist University and a BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University - Texarkana.
As a fifth-generation Texas native, Caleb resides in Dallas with his wife, son, soon-to-be daughter, and two Australian shepherds. Outside of work, he is an avid supporter of Dallas sports (including SMU football) and enjoys hunting, working out, playing recreational league softball, and live music (playing and listening).
