Dallas, TX – Providence Investment Partners (“Providence”) is pleased to announce a debt and equity investment in B&S Aircraft Alloys (“B&S”). The financing supported Dallas Opportunity Partners’ (“DOP”) investment in B&S alongside the two owners to support future growth of the business.
B&S was founded in 1979 in Long Island, NY, and is a value-added distributor of exotic and high-performance metal alloys used in critical industries such as military aerospace and commercial aviation, as well as other industrial markets.
