Dallas, TX – Providence Investment Partners (“Providence”) is pleased to announce its debt and equity investment in Common Thread Collective (“Common Thread”). The financing, completed in June 2025 in partnership with co-investors Resolute Capital Partners and Petra Capital Partners, supported The Acacia Group’s strategic investment in Common Thread to facilitate its continued growth.

Founded in 2012, Common Thread is an E-Commerce growth agency, helping Direct-To-Consumer (“DTC”) brands produce better financial outcomes through the leveraging of target marketing tactics. The company utilizes proprietary technology to link marketing and financing functions to drive more transparency and accountability of marketing spend performance.
